Plug and Play Insurtech Europe Announces 15 Startups Selected for Batch 11
MUNICH, Germany, October 2023 - Plug and Play Insurtech Europe is excited to announce the commencement of its 11th batch, as it proudly welcomes 15 startups into its three-month innovation program. These startups were carefully chosen to align with the focus areas of the founding and anchor partners.
Plug and Play stands out with its unique offering, which emphasizes business development support for growth-stage startups and scaleups. As the world's largest innovation platform, Plug and Play offers mentorship, access to venture capital, and various business development opportunities, all without requiring any equity stake or fees from the startups involved. This means that founders are provided with a rare and invaluable business development opportunity at no cost.
The pitching startups represented a wide spectrum of industries, development stages, and global origins. Following these pitches, Plug and Play Insurtech Europe partner companies, such as RheinLand, Versicherungskammer Bayern, Irish Life and UnipolSai Assicurazioni, were invited to cast their votes, determining which startups would progress to the next phase of the program. The ultimate aim of this initiative is to facilitate the creation of pilots and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) between the selected startups and program partners.
This year's program commenced with an in-person Selection Day, and it will continue with a series of activities and workshops throughout its duration. The highlight of the program, the Insurtech Europe Batch 11 EXPO, showcasing the collaborations between the startups and partners, will take place in person on February 6th and 7th.

Clearspeed voice analytics technology provides unique risk alerts based on an individual’s vocal responses.
