E+H partners with Plug and Play to offer legal advice to startups in Austria

VIENNA, AUSTRIA, July 5, 2022 - E+H attorneys at law and Plug and Play, the world’s leading open innovation platform, are joining forces to provide young entrepreneurs and startup founders in Austria and beyond with legal advisory through a series of workshops such as Knowledge Breakfasts and Legal Happy Hours. During these regularly occurring events, entrepreneurs can meet for networking and learn from experts on business matters related to startup funding, options for employee participation, or corporate law.

Legal Happy Hours are designed to provide a relaxed atmosphere while deep-diving into an alternating legal topic each time, from funding to due diligence or investments. The first Legal Happy Hour was hosted at the AirportCity Space on April 28, where E+H's Startup and Venture Capital attorneys, Philipp Schrader and Steve Jeitler, shared their knowledge on the most critical legal issues in the early stages of a Startup, including the first fundraising round.

All participants can enjoy networking and clarify the remaining questions while sipping a drink or two after the session. Next Legal Happy Hour is set to take place on July 20 and will give insights on "How to get your first (best) investment.”

For those seeking clarity on more specific issues, Knowledge Breakfasts are a great place to start. Entrepreneurs have a fantastic chance to receive free 30-minute one-on-one mentoring sessions with top-level experts from E+H attorneys-at-law on legal matters, Ernst & Young on tax issues, and WeGrow International on sales and growth strategies.

During the event, the participants also have the opportunity to network with like-minded entrepreneurs and exchange experiences over coffee. Next Knowledge Breakfast will take place in the first weeks of September.
