São Paulo, June 30, 2020– Alelo, Brazil’s giant of the incentive and benefits sector, joins global innovation platform, Plug and Play, to manage constant progress in the digital sector and to identify potential projects which will result in the provision of concrete new services to their customers. The benefits company will be one of the newest partners at Plug and Play’s office in Brazil, located in São Paulo (SP).

“The partnership with Plug and Play will accelerate our horizons of innovation with access to a global ecosystem of startups that will strengthen the strategy of creating value for our customers and partners,” said Marcio Alencar, Director of Strategic Digital at Alelo.

Plug and Play launched its first location in South America in September 2019. Looking to grow the ecosystem, Plug and Play has already run an acceleration program in the Fintech and Food & Agtech spaces with 21 startups participating.

Partnering with Plug and Play is an opportunity for companies like Alelo to position themselves as innovation leaders in their markets. In Brazil, the two companies will work together to find the best startups to bring value to Alelo’s ecosystem and create long term partnerships that will positively impact the industry.

Plug and Play provides Alelo the opportunity to be connected to the international ecosystem and gives its business units the chance to explore what are the trends dominating the markets in other regions.

“We are delighted to onboard Alelo as our newest partner in Brazil. Offering benefits to employees is important because it shows them that a company invests in not only their overall health, but their future. Together with Alelo, we will be able to bring innovative and forward-thinking solutions that will help strengthen the benefits and incentive ecosystem and build trustful and long-term relationships with relevant stakeholders,” said Andrea Sanchez, Director at Plug and Play Brazil.
