What I learned from Osper, Curve and Monzobank and how Lollipop will transform grocery retail
Keynote
Tom is a serial entrepreneur who has become a key player in the startup ecosystem. He helped scale Monzo bank to 4 million customers as COO while building their multi-award-winning customer support service. He also co-founded Curve, an all-in-one card aggregator and was Founding COO of early London FinTech, Osper, a banking app for children. He is now applying his accumulated knowledge to his new company Lollipop.ai, which we are proud to be invested in, and will share his vision on the future of grocery retail and why customer centricity is core in any industry. Tom is also an advocate for more diversity in the ecosystem and we are really excited to have him a part of the Plug and Play family.

They will announce the rollout of the Cognigy technology in the Schwarz Gruppe. They started with their first pilot in Batch 5 of our Brand & Retail program and we are excited about this success.

Across multiple regions & countries, they have worked with 3 startups to deliver goods emission free and keep our cities clean.
