Hamburg

Being home to Europe’s third-largest seaport and one of the most important global trading hubs, our goal is to change the world of Supply Chain & Logistics, Energy, Retail, Sustainability, and Smart Cities by working with the best startups, digitally-driven corporations, and forward-thinking government agencies.

Our Programs

In Hamburg we run two programs. The Supply Chain program was established in 2019 and it counts to date 7 partners that are working closely together with us in order to find the brightest startups driving change in the Supply Chain and Logistics world.

The H2 StartUp Accelerator launched in 2021 with the goal of accelerating the development of a hydrogen ecosystem in Germany and Europe. Our open innovation platform serves as the interface between research, industry, and other institutions, and represents a home port for the inception and development of startups and their technologies.

The Landing Pad Program

The Scaleup Landing Pad program was launched in summer 2022 together with our partner Hamburg Invest in order to support young growing businesses from the fields of mobility and logistics in their expansion to Germany and Europe. The aim of the program is to successfully integrate each scaleup into Hamburg’s innovation ecosystem by providing them specific support in business-matching, pilot project initiation and many more incentives all free of charge.

The Success Story of DSV & Tive

By partnering with an external provider, DSV wanted to provide better shipment visibility to their clients, by tagging and tracking shipments.

The chosen solution would have to be integrated with their core business and systems, and they needed a device that could withstand different temperatures, altitudes, and modes of transport.

Find out how they worked together.
