On January 27 and 28, Plug and Play Europe’s Fintech vertical hosted their Expo Days which included this fireside chat between Bernd Leukert, Chief Technology, Data and Innovation Officer at Deutsche Bank and our own Saeed Amidi, Founder and CEO at Plug and Play.

Having started his career as a software engineer, Leukert worked in the software industry for more than 25 years helping companies become more efficient in introducing new business models while helping them grow. He moved to Deutsche Bank to transform its technology capabilities and change the understanding of technology from a cost line to a business enabler. He emphasizes in this fireside chat the importance of taking advantage of new technologies. The era of having to do everything yourself is over and we need to take advantage of the new technologies that startups and other partners are bringing to the table.
