Smart Cities Innovation Day
Building better and smarter cities may be the biggest challenge that humanity now faces." - Jonathan Reichental

The Smart Cities evolution has been strongly underway recently. Evolving technologies, more tangible impact, increasingly positive ROI, and purpose-driven outcomes demonstrated the urgency and opportunity at hand. When COVID-19 hit, many cities were challenged on their resiliency, but the necessity to innovate has not changed. We invited Jonathan Reichental, former CIO of Palo Alto and author of Smart Cities for Dummies, to share his latest insights on trends and recent development with us.
In an open discussion with our partner city, Houston, we would like to demonstrate how cities can integrate startup technologies successfully, collaborating with corporates, utilities, cities, and startups.
