We gathered for the inaugural Plug and Play & Hartford Health Equity Expo on September 29, 2022 in Hartford, Connecticut!
Program partners Launc[H], Hartford HealthCare, Trinity College, and CTNext have joined efforts to discover cutting-edge digital solutions that can have a meaningful impact on improving the delivery of care, patient experience, and outcomes, and enhance the health startup ecosystem in the Hartford region, Silicon Valley, and beyond. We featured a keynote from Jeff Flaks, CEO of Hartford HealthCare, along with remarks from key leaders in Hartford’s innovation ecosystem.
We showcased the five startups within the health equity field that were selected to participate in the Plug and Play Health accelerator, along with 12 other health startups from around the globe.

Startups showcased how they are advancing healthcare and improving health equity by addressing social determinants of health, expanding access to healthcare, and bridging the digital divide.
