FoundHER’s initiative aims to help level the playing field for women within Silicon Valley's innovation and entrepreneurship spheres. Through a series of events and networking opportunities, we hope to bridge the gap between women looking to get more involved in startup culture from any angle, from investing, launching and developing. Working with Plug and Play's network, we hope to empower women by providing them with a network of VCs, Mentors, advisors, corporate connections and ultimately help create more opportunities for females within Silicon Valley's startup landscape. 

This is the third installment within our "Glass Series".

Episode 3: "The Balancing Act" will celebrate family and all the opportunities & obstacles that come up throughout life, and the toolkit for balancing life with career.

Our panel and startups will focus on resources a woman leader/founder can use to elevate their businesses while also dealing with everything else a busy life entails. We will focus on all of the 'pulls' of life that demand our attention - from family, personal hardships, passion projects, philanthropy and more. Our ultimate goal is to answer that age-old question - how can we balance our personal lives with our careers?
