Wavepoint is an early-stage venture capital firm that believes in “distributed innovation,” the potential for exceptional people to innovate almost anywhere today by outsourcing non-core functions and using the Internet as a marketing and collaboration tool.
This allows our management teams to build high-value, global companies quickly and efficiently, maximizing return on investment. We refer to this as Agile Investing.
We specifically target our investment activities within Centers of Excellence, communities that have a critical mass of innovation and talent but that are underserved by the venture capital industry.
