Investment Strategy
We typically invest $5-25 million of venture capital in expansion stage companies. Deals are led by local Partners with support from the global team. GGV invests in companies that demonstrated a solid track record, have a strong management team and are seeking venture capital to accelerate growth. We have led or taken part in a wide range of financing structures, including growth equity, convertible debt, founder liquidity, corporate divestitures and public market investments.
Commitment
We expect to have a long-term relationship with the teams we back – extending well beyond the investment and often involving subsequent new ventures. The greatest measure of our success is that of our portfolio companies.
