Plug and Play hosts foreign trade agencies, such as CzechInvest and Enterprise Estonia who have set up their West Coast representation in the heart of Silicon Valley in order to tap into the unique entrepreneurial eco-system. The goal of these governmental agencies is to promote foreign direct investments in their home country as well as foster relationships between their home country and the Silicon Valley.

Plug and Play hosts international start-ups in a formalized structure: A dedicated pavilion that can house up to 20 companies per year at Plug and Play Tech Center in Sunnyvale. The pavilion is typically sponsored by the partner government agency.
The pavilion typically includes:
- Full-service office space
- Internet and phone service
- Front desk and reception service
- 16 hours of conference room use per month
- Free access to monthly community networking events
- Free consultation with corporate and service partners (E.g. Legal, IP, Accounting, HR, Banking, Outsource product development)
- Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting services

While located in the Pavilion, companies will have structured access to the strategic resources of Plug and Play, including fund-raising opportunities through direct introductions to VCs and other investors, business development opportunities through our corporate and technology partners and coaching and mentoring opportunities through our network of advisors as well as access to other resources.
A Business Relationship Manager will be assigned to companies to facilitate their access to the following:
- Plug and Play Entrepreneurship Program (3 day entrepreneur boot-camp)
- Plug and Play Investment Forum (1 day pitching event)
- Venture Capital and other investor introductions (upon qualification)
- Corporate and other strategic introductions (upon qualification)
- Ongoing Business Relationship Manager support through monthly reviews
- Strategic advice through bi-monthly reviews with senior management

Companies that want to be fully immersed into the Silicon Valley experience are encouraged to join our Entrepreneurship Program. This intensive 3 day program is designed to help those new to the Silicon Valley's startup community to share best practices on fund raising, advice from the Valley's top finance and legal professionals, and an introduction to Plug and Play Tech Center as a resource that brings all of the components of this tremendous network and ecosystem together.

Held at least four times a year in Spring and Fall, our investment Forums (PACT & EXPO) drew crowds of several hundred, with judging panels comprised of high value Venture Capital firms and an audience of angel investors, entrepreneurs, and other Valley Veterans. PACT Spring 2010 witnessed presentations by 30 companies from 17 countries; EXPO Spring 2010 each showcased over 40
Plug and Play works with international strategic partners who are interested in licensing the "PLUG & PLAY" brand to promote the start up technology center/incubator operations within their region, whether through regional universities or science parks. This allows our partners to benefit from Plug and Play's global market brand recognition and good will associated with our name.
Plug and Play is in a licensing agreement with State of Selangor, Malaysia
The Plug and Play global platform is the next step in the evolution of Plug and Play Tech Center internationally and will comprise of local platforms and networks in strategic geographic regions such as South-East Asia, India, China, Russia, Europe, MENA and Latin America. The intent is to create a bridge from these regions to Silicon Valley and beyond in order to enable the exchange of ideas and to promote successful technology and business models across regions.
