About Guest Speaker: Victoria Slivkoff
Victoria establishes strategic partnerships in high-growth, high-potential ecosystems to accelerate technology development, commercialization, and investment.

Prior to UC, Victoria spent over two decades in the private sector as an investor, business operator, entrepreneur and management consultant. She’s experienced in forming public-private partnerships to drive investment and the adoption of nascent technologies in over twenty countries across the U.S., Middle East, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. 

Victoria holds an MBA in finance and strategy from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.

Victoria heads innovation & entrepreneurship for the University of California (UC) system. In this role, Victoria spearheads the systemwide coordination to empower greater collaboration with industry to translate research and game-changing innovations to the marketplace and scale the growth of UC startups.

Victoria’s office creates programs and resources to support the expansion of UC’s prolific innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems comprised of 60+ incubators and accelerators, hundreds of entrepreneurial programs systemwide, four California Institutes for Science and Innovation, and an off-campus network of startups founded by UC alumni, faculty, staff and students. With visibility to the UC startup pipeline both on and off campus, Victoria also sources dealflow for UC’s venture fund.
